Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court declined on Friday to review a lower appellate decision that tossed out more than $10 million in judgments against a Houston personal injury attorney who allegedly overcharged his clients in litigation against a Pfizer Inc. unit over the diet drug fen-phen.
