Disney Demands End To 'Stan Lee Media-Financed Frolic'

Law360, Los Angeles (March 24, 2014, 7:54 PM EDT) -- Disney Enterprises Inc. on Friday doubled down on its attack against the recent entrance of Stan Lee Media Inc. into the entertainment giant's copyright infringement suit against a Pennsylvania theater, urging a federal court to block SLMI’s intervention because its ownership claims are doomed to fail.
