Philly Inquirer Owner Sued Over Copyrighted Celeb Photos

Law360, San Francisco (March 21, 2014, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Celebrity photo supplier BWP Media Inc. hit Philadelphia Inquirer owner Philadelphia Media Network Multimedia LLC with a lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania federal court, accusing the Philly.com website of failing to get permission before publishing BWP's copyrighted photos of actors Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
