Boston University Seeks Sanctions Against Epistar In IP Row

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2014, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Trustees of Boston University urged a Massachusetts federal court on Friday to order sanctions against Epistar Corp. for using its wholly owned subsidiary to hide its sales and customers from the university in a suit alleging infringement of patents protecting gallium nitride thin film semiconductor devices.
