5th Circ. Wants Texas Input On Workplace Injury Suit

Law360, Dallas (March 24, 2014, 9:01 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday asked the Texas Supreme Court to clarify its previous rulings on the nature and extent of an employer’s duty to provide a safe workplace in a suit seeking compensation for an on-the-job injury suffered by a Kroger Texas LP worker.
