Texas AG Probes Oil Spill In Houston Ship Channel

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Texas prosecutors are investigating an oil spill that has shut down a Houston ship channel since Saturday, sending staff from its environmental protection division on Monday to determine losses to local businesses near the spill in Galveston Bay.
