Pa. Justices Reject Appeal Over Inquirer Co. Dissolution Venue

Law360, Philadelphia (March 24, 2014, 4:36 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Friday that it would not exercise special jurisdiction over a challenge to a Philadelphia judge’s finding that only a Delaware court could preside over the dissolution of the parent company for Philadelphia’s two major daily newspapers.
