Law360, Washington (March 24, 2014, 6:05 PM EDT) -- Japan has reached a deal with the U.S. to turn over about 700 pounds of weapons-grade radioactive material from a research stockpile, part of a push to prevent such materials from falling into the hands of bad actors, the countries announced Monday.
