NJ Bill Will Allow Judges To Deny Bail To The Violent

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 9:01 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee advanced a bill Monday aimed at reforming the way the state’s criminal courts handle releases on bail, the next step in a process that began with New Jersey’s Supreme Court recommending changes to mitigate inequity and hasten trials.
