10th Circ. Spurns Plea To Revisit Qwest Settlement

Law360, New York (April 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court refused Wednesday to reconsider its earlier decision overturning a $400 million class action settlement between Qwest Communications International Inc. and its shareholders because objections by two of the telecommunications company's former executives have not been properly addressed.
