Vessel Owners Face Suit Over Texas Oil Spill

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 7:45 PM EDT) -- The owners of the vessels involved in a collision in Galveston Bay, Texas, were hit with a proposed class action Monday by local businesses accusing them of discharging some 168,000 gallons of oil.
