Title Insurer Strikes Deal Worth $6.9M With Ind. Watchdog

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 7:30 PM EDT) -- Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. has agreed to provide $6.9 million in relief to consumers over the next five years and to pay overdue taxes under a settlement with Indiana over disputed title insurance charges, the state's insurance regulator said Tuesday.
