GM Agrees To Senator's Black Box Request Over Chevy Death

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 6:22 PM EDT) -- General Motors Co. will return the black box from a now-recalled 2005 Chevy Cobalt involved in a fatal 2010 crash, the beleaguered automaker said Monday in response to a U.S. Senator’s demand last week for the device that he said could explain the cause of the accident that killed one of his constituents.
