Law360, Los Angeles (March 25, 2014, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday ruled that California law firm Executive Law Group Inc.'s trademark suit against Florida-based Executive Law Group PL will proceed in California, saying that ELG PL should have foreseen that the alleged infringement would cause harm in the state.
