Commerce Urged To Flip Rulings On Foreign Steel Exporters

Law360, Los Angeles (March 25, 2014, 8:56 PM EDT) -- The chairman of the Congressional Steel Caucus on Tuesday called upon the U.S. Department of Commerce to reverse three preliminary determinations in favor of foreign manufacturers and impose anti-dumping duties on South Korean oil pipe and countervailing duties on Turkish oil pipe and rebar.
