5th Circ. Revives Guilty Verdicts In Hospital Bribery Case

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 4:28 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday reinstated guilty verdicts against two men convicted on bribery and kickbacks charges related to the administration of a Mississippi hospital, saying the lower court's decision to overturn the jury's verdicts was improper.
