Exide's Pick Of King & Spalding For Probe Draws Scrutiny

Law360, Los Angeles (March 26, 2014, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Exide Technologies Inc.'s creditors' committee told a Delaware federal bankruptcy judge Tuesday that King & Spalding LLP, which the bankrupt battery manufacturing giant wants to hire as an economic consultant for an antitrust investigation into lead price fixing, should be blocked from any part of a probe involving the firm's clients.
