GOP Lawmakers Take Aim At NLRB 'Ambush' Election Rule

Law360, New York (March 27, 2014, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Republican lawmakers in the House and Senate announced on Thursday that they had introduced legislation to counter the National Labor Relations Board's proposed “ambush” election rule, saying the bills could protect workers' rights and stave off sweeping changes to established labor policies.
