FTC's Wright 'Optimistic' On Section 5 Guidelines

Law360, Trenton (March 27, 2014, 8:40 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission's Joshua Wright said Thursday that he was "optimistic" the watchdog could come up with guidelines on its authority to police unfair methods of competition in the coming years, saying the commissioners were far closer together than most people thought.
