NY Anti-Graft Team To Disappear With A 'Cynical Whimper'

Law360, New York (April 3, 2014, 7:52 PM EDT) -- New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's anti-graft task force is set to disband, and while it moved the needle slightly on campaign finance and bribery enforcement, legal experts said Thursday its abrupt disappearance leaves the state far short on proposals to fix how grand juries work and close loopholes allowing campaign money to flow through corporate entities.
