Inventors Can Warn Infringing Buyers: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (April 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court’s denial of a preliminary injunction request in a patent infringement suit, ruling that patent owners have the right to warn customers that products they buy may be infringing.
