Couple Heads To Court Over Alleged Gas Injury

Law360 (April 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit alleging that a man was severely injured by a defective Newell Rubbermaid Inc. gas torch and cylinder that he bought at a Home Depot USA Inc. store has been removed from a state court to federal court.
