N.Y. Governor Objects To Long Island LNG Project

Law360 (April 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York's new governor has stepped out against the proposed Broadwater Energy LLC liquefied natural gas project, which received the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's conditional approval last month.
