MoneyGram Hit With 3rd Securities Suit In 2 Weeks

Law360, New York (April 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Payment services company MoneyGram International Inc. and three of its top executives were hit with a putative class action securities complaint on Thursday, marking the third securities suit lodged against the company since March 28.

The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, names Minneapolis-based MoneyGram, its President and Chief Executive Philip W. Milne, Chief Financial Officer David J. Parrin and Chief Operating Officer Anthony P. Ryan as defendants.
