DOJ OKs Media Auditor's New Code Of Conduct

Law360, New York (April 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice said Friday that it would not stand in the way of a media ratings industry group's plans to adjust its auditing and accrediting standards for certain products that measure audience demographics because the new rules do not threaten competition and will likely benefit users.
