Monsanto, 3M, Others Targeted By Cancer Victim

Law360, New York (April 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former tank cleaner at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard has filed a proposed class action against Monsanto Company, 3M Company, Owens Corning and at least two dozen others, alleging that he developed lymphoma as a result of long-term exposure to the defendants' toxic chemical products.

Brian Ferguson, flanked by his wife, Rebecca, lodged a complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Washington, demanding that the defendant group of manufacturers, sellers and importers be held liable for his injuries.
