High Court To Hear Power Plant Intake Case

Law360, New York (April 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Monday to hear a case that will determine whether power plants must use the best available technology to prevent aquatic life from being sucked into cooling water intake pipes or whether the plants can compare costs with benefits.
