Okla. Miner Faces Class Action Over Contaminants

Law360, New York (April 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. has been hit with a class action that claims the mining company failed to clean up lead, arsenic and cadmium contamination, which continues to endanger the lives of 7,000 Oklahoma residents.
