Toyota Asks High Court To Review Hybrid Patent Case

Law360, New York (April 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on a case in which both a district court jury and an appeals court found that Toyota's hybrid cars infringe a patent held by patent-holding company Paice LLC.
