Loeb & Loeb Nabs Drug Patent Lawyer From Gibbons

Law360, New York (April 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move that further bolsters its pharmaceutical patent expertise, Loeb & Loeb LLP has added Hatch-Waxman specialist and former Schering Plough Corp. research scientist Brad S. Needleman to its litigation department.

Needleman, who was most recently a partner with Gibbons PC, also joined Loeb & Loeb's life sciences, pharmaceutical and medical devices industry practice. He will be based in the firm's New York office.
