Fla. Sheriff Cops To Aiding Rothstein's $1.2B Scheme

Law360, Miami (May 13, 2014, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A Florida county sheriff deputy charged with conspiracy to use his position to support convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein pled guilty Tuesday to helping Rothstein run a $1.2 billion investor fraud out of his now-bankrupt law firm, Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA.
