$46M Settlement Gets Nod In Hydrogen Peroxide MDL

Law360, New York (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge in the multidistrict litigation over an alleged hydrogen peroxide cartel has granted preliminary approval to a $46 million settlement with one of the defendants, Solvay Chemicals Inc.

On Friday, Judge Stewart Dalzell signed off on the deal, which was proposed earlier in the week by attorneys for the plaintiffs, a group of direct purchasers of chemicals used in cleaning supplies.
