Judge Kicks Fee Bid In Shell Case To Arbitration

Law360, New York (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Keefe Bartels & Clark LLC, the former liaison counsel for plaintiffs in an international securities suit against Royal Dutch Shell Plc, will have to go before three arbitrators to determine the amount of fees and expenses it is entitled to recover from the case, a federal judge has ruled.
