Nuke Contractor's Win Lets Businesses Cite Va. False Ad Law

Law360, New York (May 14, 2014, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A federal contractor on a nuclear plant decommissioning project prevailed Tuesday against a surety it claims made false promises that its bond premiums were refundable, in a decision that extended Virginia’s false advertising remedies to companies for the first time, the contractor’s attorney said.
