Law360 (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Q. What attracted you to employment law as a practice area? And what keeps you interested?

A. Employment law is people law – the issues involve real people and I think people are fascinating. I've felt that way since I studied in my undergraduate days at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. It's been my privilege to see the field change and grow over the last 30 years or so.
