Law360, New York (May 16, 2014, 3:42 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday refused to let two shower enclosure manufacturers off the hook in a whistleblower suit accusing them of dodging countervailing duties on aluminum products from China, ruling that the government had alleged enough facts to keep its claims alive.
