MMC Energy Files Claim Against Founder

Law360, New York (April 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- MMC Energy Inc. is seeking to reclaim more than $1.1 million in severance pay given to its former founder, claiming that Karl W. Miller has breached his separation agreement through “disparaging” press releases that noted his intention to nominate new directors at the energy management company's annual meeting.
