Creditors Say Fallen Bankruptcy Firm Can't Avoid Ch. 7

Law360, New York (May 22, 2014, 3:19 PM EDT) -- Creditors of collapsed consumer bankruptcy firm Jacoby & Meyers Bankruptcy LLP on Tuesday urged a judge not to throw the case out and to keep it in New York, saying the firm is simply trying to avoid taking responsibility for the trouble it has caused customers.
