Vitamin Shoppe, Seeger Weiss Settle Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2014, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc. and Seeger Weiss LLP and have reached a settlement in a lawsuit over the firm's use of the retailer’s logos on a website, according to a judicial order on Wednesday dismissing the suit in a New York federal court.

The settlement, details of which the order does not disclose, resolves a dispute in which retailer Vitamin Shoppe accused the mass torts law firm of stepping on its trademarks for "The Vitamin Shoppe" and "BodyTech” by using them on one of its websites.
