Cement Giant Stuck With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (April 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cemex Inc., the largest cement and ready-mix company in the United States, has been hit with a proposed collective action that alleges it failed to compensate its field representatives for overtime work.

In a lawsuit filed April 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, plaintiff Miloslav Zeman alleges Cemex is violating the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
