Ill. Clarifies Standards For County Tax On Fuel Retailers

Law360, New York (May 30, 2014, 4:43 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Department of Revenue is clarifying how a county motor fuels tax is applied to fuel retailers following a November ruling by the state high court that said Illinois' guidance on retail sales tax allocations was too narrow, according to a proposed amendment released Thursday.
