Judge OKs Sale Of Aloha Contract Services Division

Law360, New York (April 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt Aloha Airlines has received a judge's approval to sell its contract services division to Los Angeles-based Pacific Air Cargo.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Randall Newsome of the District of Hawaii signed off on the $2 million sale Thursday to Pacific Air Cargo, the highest bidder in an auction earlier in the week. The deal is set to close May 5, provided there are no objections from Aloha's creditors.
