NLRB Sets Sights On Work Rules Banning Wage Discussions

Law360, New York (June 6, 2014, 7:38 PM EDT) -- National Labor Relations Board general counsel Richard F. Griffin Jr. said on Friday that stamping out “surprisingly ubiquitous” company policies that forbid workers from discussing compensation is at the top of his list of priorities when it comes to employee handbooks and workplace rules.
