Fisker Estate Gets OK To Send Ch. 11 Plan To Creditors

Law360, Wilmington (June 9, 2014, 10:10 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday gave Fisker Automotive Holdings Inc. the green light to solicit creditor votes for a Chapter 11 liquidation plan that would distribute proceeds from the electric-car maker's $149.2 million sale to a unit of China's Wanxiang Group Corp.

At a hearing in Wilmington, Delaware, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross signed off on Fisker's disclosure statement, finding it contained sufficient information about the estate's proposed Chapter 11 plan.
