Ex-HealthSouth CFO Lawyers Ordered To Show Docs

Law360, New York (April 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Lawyers for a disgraced former HealthSouth Corp. executive must comply with a subpoena issued by investment bank UBS AG by handing over documents connected to a federal investigation of their onetime client, a federal judge has ruled.

Judge John D. Bates of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued his order Tuesday, directing Steptoe & Johnson LLP to produce its attorneys' notes that summarized FBI interviews with ex-HealthSouth Chief Financial Officer Michael D. Martin.
