American LaFrance Creditors Vote For Plan

Law360, New York (April 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- American LaFrance LLC’s creditors have voted in support of the company’s reorganization plan, setting the stage for the bankrupt fire truck manufacturer to emerge from Chapter 11.

ALF said Wednesday that it had received “overwhelming” support for its proposed plan from its creditors. A confirmation hearing is scheduled for May 22 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
