SanDisk Drops Flash Memory Claims Against Acer

Law360, New York (May 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- SanDisk Corp. has withdrawn its allegations against Acer Inc. in its wide-ranging complaint accusing a slew of companies of importing products that infringe its flash memory patents.

In an order filed Monday in the U.S. International Trade Commission court in Washington, D.C., Administrative Law Judge Charles E. Bullock granted SanDisk's bid to halt the investigation as to Acer.
