Judge Postpones Ruling In Automaker MDL

Law360, New York (May 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has decided to delay his approval of two settlements between Toyota Motor Corp., the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association and plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation that alleges a number of automakers colluded to keep cheaper Canadian cars out of the United States.
