Federal Circuit Rules For Jazz Photo In Camera Dispute

Law360 (March 1, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a setback for Fuji Photo Film Co. and the U.S. government in their attempt to push a disposable camera company out of the picture in the U.S., the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed a lower court’s final ruling Tuesday in favor of Jazz Photo Corp.
