Satellite TV Installer Faces OT Class Action

Law360, New York (May 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Satellite television installer Directec Inc. ran afoul of federal and Massachusetts law by failing to pay its technicians the required premium rate for overtime hours, according to a putative collective and class action filed in federal court in Boston.
